We can receive logos in a number of formats. The best and most accurate is to have your logo sent as a ‘vector’ artwork format (.eps, .ai, and some .pdf’s). We understand that not everyone will have access to vector artwork and for that reason we can also accept logos in a .bmp, .jpg or .png format, providing they have enough resolution. Our design team can re-draw these as vector files.
Please note- We cannot accept .DST, .EMB files to convert to vector art, nor can we accept embroidery files not created by our factory for embroidered goods. (Embroidery tapes have an affinity to the machine they were created and used on and for that reason we prefer to redo the tapes at a nominal rate to be sure of the quality).
