If you need to make changes to an existing order, please contact us immediately to arrange it. For orders that are well into production, work that has already been completed and cancelled will be invoiced. Sometimes we can make changes or cancellations at no charge if we receive your request early in production.

Once you have placed an order, directly or with the help of your local distributor. We will generate a virtual representation of your artwork details for approval. Once the artwork has been approved, we will send a sales order / proforma invoice detailing the quantities and costs for your final approval and then proceed to production.

We can receive logos in a number of formats. The best and most accurate is to have your logo sent as a 'vector' artwork format (.eps, .ai, and some .pdf’s). We understand that not everyone will have access to vector artwork and for that reason we can also accept logos in a .bmp, .jpg or .png format, [...]

Every order varies depending on a number of factors. The time of year, artwork approval, the quantity required, the delivery destination. Production times will vary as each product is made differently.
